Array of perfusable three-dimensional microvasculatures on active tilting stage

Vascular formation and disappearance play a key role in our body and relative to many disease, for example cancer. So, analyzing vascular formation and disappearance is very important. However, we don’t have good cell culture platform that mimic cellular microenvironments.
In this study, we fabricated biomimetic three dimensional vascular models where cells cultured under a perfusion condition.
